History of Armenta:

Designed and handcrafted by trained artisans in Houston, Texas - Armenta jewelry is bold, unexpected and truly exudes creativity at the core. Born into a family of artists and introduced at a young age to beautiful works of art, designing jewelry has been a part of Emily Armenta's life since the beginning. Sketching, designing and working with gemstones, she learned to express her creativity, thoughts, passions and emotions through her pieces. Armenta's designs feel rugged yet refined, crafted in 18K and 22K Yellow Gold, 18K Rose Gold, and “midnight” oxidized Sterling Silver with diamonds and gemstones. Creating jewelry with meaning, pieces are inspired by Spanish art, architecture, paintings and the concept of "duende" - the struggle one must endure to create something great. Emily is committed to being socially responsible, providing opportunities and empowering and educating individuals through her design school for women from disadvantaged circumstances. Armenta is about giving back in a meaningful way, creating a movement for women and their future. "When you wear Armenta, you are not just wearing a beautiful piece of jewelry, but making a positive local and global impact." – Emily Armenta
